To whom it may concern, Johana Matas who lives in Israel paid Nathalie a NON-REFUNDABLE $1000 DEPOSIT for a very, very specific Havanese puppy. As most people know, it is extremely difficult to get exactly the gender, color, size, show quality conformation when shopping for a puppy of ANY breed, but because Havanese have rainbow litters, getting a COLOR is the most difficult of all. However, Nathalie BRED THREE different litters, litters she might not have bred otherwise in an attempt to get the COLOR and gender and QUALITY that Johana demanded. Beautiful, stunning, perfect puppies were born and EVERY time there was a puppy that fit Johana's description. Johana would agree that this WAS the puppy she wanted and make Nathalie hold the puppy until long after puppyhood when SUDDENLY, for no apparent reason, she would change her mind and come up with a DIFFERENT request. The reserved puppy, being older, was difficult to sell because it was past the baby stage. Most puppy buyers want a PUPPY. Again, Nathalie would breed a litter, a labor of love and a TREMEDOUS amount work. The second litter to find Johana's perfect puppy ran into problems, the Mother couldn't deliver, had to be rushed to the vets, where Nathalie was forced to spend nearly $2000 to save the Mother and her puppies lives with an emergency C-section. Nathalie had to hire her babysitter to take her child to school and elsewhere because the major abdominal surgery on the Mother required that Nathalie sit with her 24/7 to ensure the newborns stayed warm and all survived. Again, there was a perfect puppy, and again, Johana waited until the puppy was long past the age when most people want a puppy. During this time, because it was such a gorgeous puppy, many people who came for a different puppy offered Nathalie double what she was selling the puppy to Johana for, but Nathalie held on, believing Johana was true to her WORD and would finish the transaction. After the third puppy was offered and eventually refused, long after it had lost it's cute puppy appeal, Johana decided to buy a puppy elsewhere and left Nathalie without even a reason. No breeder refunds deposits unless it is their fault, and in this case, Nathalie did everything in her power to make Johana happy and is STILL willing to send her a puppy, but the deposit money was spent a LONG time ago on caring for puppies that Johana decided not to take after months of saying she would.

I saw in the facebook few more breeders that complain on the same Canadian breeder :  Nathalie Tremblay from Mystykalsky Kennel.

The breederes complains are from Nederland and Canada ,that Nathalie didn't transfer an ordered puppy for one year, and didn't return the deposit she got.
