There is a real Mr. Nathan Silver who is an architect.
There is another person who claims to be Mr. Silver and asks lawyers to pursue a claim for a large amount of money. The lawyer does some work, a "settlement" is reached and funds are sent, but the lawyer ends up forwarding funds that were never actually in his or her account. And the erzatz Mr. Silver disappears with the money transfered from the lawyer's account.
I was contacted by the false Mr. Silver. I luckly found the real Mr. Silver who allerted me to the scheme before any harm occured.
This guy is contacting lawyers around the US for the scam.
