The former tenants( moved out in September) let themselves in to this building. They had National Grid come in to shut off the gas. They let them in because the landlord filed a police reporting they took all the copper from their apartment and two of the furances. National Grid turned off my gas stating that there was safety issue because the furance was missing. Well, if you follow the pipes from the meter to the water heater then to the furance, you would find the furance for my apartment is still there. This happened on 10/17/2010 and the landlord has not done a thing a bout fixing the situation.
These people had no authorization to be on the property and yet national grid just did what these people told him what to do. If the tech had any brains, he would have notice that no one lived there for a long while by the rotting food
I hope to find a lawyer to start legal action
