National Alliance Of Associations Deceptive advertising and solicitation Turnersville New Jersey

When I found out from their brochure what they were offering -a discount insurance, not a health insurance, I told them I did, not like it and asked for a refund. The lady said it would take 6 weeks to process the refund. This was Nov 2007. In January 2008 I called them again and spoke with "Alice" after being put on hold for half an hour. I was told the same thing.

I sent them a fax in Feb and in March and when I called, I was told by a recorder the office has been closed and if I left my name and phone number someone would call me within 48 hours. That was a week ago. Then I googled the name "National Alliance of Associations" and found out I have been ripped off. I wanted my refund of close to $1000 or have these perpetrators jailed.
