Think FOOL'S GOLD!!!

Nation Appaliance Network has  a lot of problems paying technicians. After I completed about 30 work orders they paid me for 8.  I complained, they said that they would be sending me another check in 2 weeks, which never happened. Out of the jobs that I completed about 2400.00, they have only paid me 800.00 .

They lose work orders alot. They make the company sound good, they sound like they are on your side, dont belive it.

If you like working for free, ??? go for it.

like i said before.. I have been working for this company for over an year.. and I did have a similar problem when I started... when I called the company to complain they explained to me that the reason I was not getting paid was that I had not uploaded the work orders on the website, I did not know I could do that...I had a very nice lady on the phone..Marie. She explained that I was also sending some of the work orders not signed.. She explained the process to me..I uploaded the work orders and like she promissed the next pay my check was in the mail. That was almost an year ago..and I have not had any inconvinience with this company until today. So, related to the prior comment: if you don't get any information on how things work ..off course you will end up working for free! ... because these large corporations are always working following procedures...I work with few of them and I learned my lesson.

SCAMMED BY NATIONAL APPLIANCE NETWORK

AUTHOR: Appliance Medic - (USA)

They got me two. I have been fighting for 2 months to get paid for completed work order's from 3 month's ago. They are supposed to send a check out on the 15th. I did not get one until the 5th of the following month. The check was short (it's never right) and they did not even sign it (knuckle head's). I called and they said it was there fault for shorting me and they would reissue me a new check for the correct amount. It took 1 month to get the replacement check and it was still wrong!!!!!!!!!

I have been fighting with them for month's to get paid, and they still owe me $1135.00. Service technician's beware. I filed a claim through the labor board, BBB, and Samsung. The next step is small claims. Any technican that has not been paid for Samsung unit's under warranty needs to call samsung. TRUST ME!!!!!!! They are waiting for you to call. GOOD LUCK GETING PAID!!!!!!!!!
