Where should I start at? The the day I started employment was fairly good I was under the impression that I would be working at a legitimate company, that provided a service somewhat helping debtors pay their debt, in order to avoid being brought into court, for possible ligation. This was anything but, this was hardcore collections. We were told to try and always get the balance in full or offer them a settlement of 20% off of the amount due. And if you were not able to accomplish that goal you would be told not to make multiple payments, or modifications on existing payments.

The commission structure sucked you were given a company goal (quota) of any where from $6500 starting and up and if you wanted to see any money from your commission you have to collect $12,500, but wait there is a catch, you have to actually collect more like $18,000 to see any significant amount so if you were to collect $12,700 you would get like$ 20.00 commission. This was the most frustrating part of the whole deal, and not to mention the only getting paid $9.00/per Hr and having the work the hours during the week, change without notice, in order for us to not get paid for overtime on Saturdays.

a normal work week would be 8am to 5pm pst then without notice we would have to work either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm then on Saturday from 6am to 10am making up the 4 missed hours instead of just making it over time. The discrimination and hostility in the  Glendale office is crazy, I was on a team with a supervisor name "Heather Jones" or Yessley Revis, and was very mean and had the worst attitude I ever had to deal with, she caused me to feel anxiety and even made me cry before, and I'm not the only one she has done this to. I maid a verbal complaint to the human resources manager  Maria Morgan she gave her a talk, it didn't last she continued to treat me bad.

The Vp is one of the main reason there is so much favoritism and discrimination, when he was hired he brought to the company  operations maneger leo, yessley and a woman also in management yenny all whom being of hispanic decent. We were told we would be able to move up in the company , but i watched a woman who was african american woman who worked for Nacs  for years who applied for the position and was probably way more qualified get denied and the position was given to yessley who only worked there for 7 months every high position was held by hispanics.
