National Audit Defense Network aka NADN & President Weston J. Coolidge ripoff, liars SCAM clients & basically stole my money Las Vegas Nevada 89103

On 9/20/02 I heard a adverticement on WCCO, a very repetible radio station in the state of Minnesota, so I thought. It was about NADN and what it offered. I called and talked to a guy named Dave. He told me of all the different things they had to offer. I was interested but did not want to invest any or a very little amount of money. He told me of the 30 day money back garuantee, so I felt comfortible in checking them out knowing if I did'nt like what I saw I could send back the information packet no harm no foul and be refunded my money. My start date of my program was 9/25/02. This cost me $1412.95, so I got my packet in the mail. I looked at the materials, listen to a few of the tapes. I was not interested in using their program so I called them to talked to a Adam Mangabang, director of client services on 10/11/02. They told me what steps I had to take to get my refund. I faxed them a written request to my cancel my account with Nadn on 10/17/02. They sent me a letter to tell me how to send my membership packet back. I did that on 10/21/02. Sometime right after I faxed them my request for my refund a Mark Grub called me and offered me a business membership for about $3000 dollars, which I told him I was not interested. After waiting well past the 7 days after receipt of the returned materials I called NADN to ask what was taking so long for my refund. I was told it had been sent to my account already. I checked my bank no refund. I called again I was told my refund of $3000 dollars was already sent and I asked what are you talking about I only paid $1412.95. I was told that I had purchased some buisiness membership was refunded my money already. I told them I never authorized any purchase of said membership and that I wanted my $1412.95 asap. I checked with my bank no such transaction had ever taken place. After many phone calls and the run around I decided to call this Mark Grub and ask for his assistance in clearing up this mistake. At first he was very hostile thinking I was accusing him of some wrong doing, but I told him he could really help me out by clearing up the mistake that was being made, since he would know that I had not bought this other membership from him. I was told after many more phone calls to Credric, Jessie, Eane and a few other phone receptionist that they had to get a taped copy of the phone conversation between my self and Mark Grub to determine if I was telling the truth about no knowledge of this other membership. It is now 1/06/03 and after 30 or more attempts calling Adam Mangabang, Mark Grub and President of this wonderfull All- American Commpany, Weston J. Coolidge in resolving this injustice. I have yet in all of this time ever had anyone try to conntact me in anyway what so ever since sending me the form letter on how to get my refund back on 10/20/02. I wished I had seen this information on this web site it would have saved me alot of problems. Is there anything we can do together to help each other get our mony back out of this vile and unAmerican company. Is this a example of the kind of behavior a company in the USA hands out to its customers and we the people and our sons and daughters are expected to go war to protect their right to steal from us. Thank you NADN for your professional way you have dealt with so many of your fellow Americans. 9/11/01 lives on at NADN.
