UPDATE: NADN filed Chapt.7, a trustee was appointed, staff was sent home, computers turned off and the door locks changed. They are NOW OUT OF BUSINESS. Mr. Davis DOJ has confirmed this. He also suggests that web site owners be in contact with Oryan about there Promissory Notes.

Tom (my husband) contacted a Class Action Attorney and they responded today. They are unable to take our case, however referred us to a site that will be up by the end of the week. The site is: http://www.classactionconnection.com. We intend to contact them and present what we know.
