If you were acting on the advice of someone that wasn't affiliated with this company than you have my apology and sympathy.

Unfortunately, so many people are looking for ways to get over on everyone else and that sets them up for this type of scam.

If a person is really looking to make a business of creating a disability enabled website that caters to the needs of the disabled then there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking tax breaks and making a profit.

However, so many of the people reporting on this company were simply creating websites with absolutely no intention of making sales. Simply to use as a tax write off. To you, me and every other taxpayer, that is fraud and increases our tax burden.

To those people I have no sympathy and absolutely no tolerance. If it could be proven that they conspired with NADN and Oryan to evade taxes then I would like them too to be changed from "victim" to co-defendant.

None of us like it when multi-billion dollar companies don't pay their share of taxes and we shouldn't allow them or the little guys either to avoid their share of the burden on the rest of us. Don't you agree?

Again, if you were led to believe that you could create a viable website that you could maintain and sell to the diabled then you have my apology. To the others I think that they should lose every penny and then some (penalties and interest).

I was not trying to do anything wrong, my tax preparer was not National Audit Defense but an ordinary CPA that was tied in to Oryan. I have a friend who had used this CPA for years and had no idea this was not on the up and up.

I was told that improvements to the site helped the blind and also those unable to actually type, they could use voice prompts but only those people would see the updates since they had special computers to fit their special needs.

I went to the site and it was a LEGITIMATE website, so I thought it was a LEGITIMATE business.

I resent the nature of your comment but realize that you have the right to say what you want.

I just hope someone starts a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT to help all of us that have been victimized.

I have left this same type of message at a couple of the complaints for this company. From what I understand, this company said that they could sell you a "disabled" enabled webmall for a certain amount of money and a promissary note?

Didn't anyone stop to think that this might be wrong? When something is too good there is a reason for it.

I do feel for people who have been taken by this company... but I still feel as though it was greed that opened the door for them to con people. This is all to common for a con man... something for nothing... or a chance to get over on everyone else.

I do hope that everyone is able to get out from under this. But I also want those who think that they are getting over on all of the rest of us that are too stupid to pay our share of taxes... you have to be much richer to get away with those things.
