National Audit Defense Network - Oryan ripoff of money sent to company for website. I never signed contract. Requested refund, never received money back. Las Vegas Nevada

I was called by NADN consultant on the phone with the proposal to buy two websites to benefit the speech and hearing impaired persons in November 2002. He indicated that there would be tax benefits for having the website. I issued a phone check for the two sites and was told that information would be sent to me.

I heard nothing by January 2003 and called to ask for my refund. I made several calls until April 2003 when I finally received two contracts in the mail from Oryan. I called Oryan Co. and told them I would not sign the contract and that I wanted my refund. They told me I would have to contact NADN because the accepted the money. I called NADN and have been getting a run-around for the balance of this year 2003.
