Submitted my resume to an ad listed online for a sales position at Toyota of Newton on Friday 10/23/2015. I recieved a call later that day to schedule an interview for Monday 10/26/2015. I went in thinking I was going to interview with the sales manager or general manager of the dealership. I arrived at the dealership told the receptionist I am her for an interview yet to see at least 8 other people there for the same sales position. I then was advised to sit in the lunchbreak room with all the other applicants and a lady named Lucia was calling us in one by one. She didn't get into detail about the position and each person she interviewed lasted 10-15 minutes. She basically puts an ad out for sales positions and gets a ton of applications and trys scamming people for $700 for a sales training class and you are NOT gauranteed a job. If you asked Lucia questions you get negative responses from her. You can tell she did not want to be asked questions. She trys to see who is a sucker to pay $700 and invites you back the next day for a training. I will not entertain such a scam I am not stupid, I googled this company and seen reviews of people getting screwed. Dealerships need to stop entertaining such scams as well it is not a good look for them. Maybe if someone legit from the dealership interviewed me like a sales manager or general manager and advised they will hire a trainer to train sales associates who are hired and they will cover it then I would be all for it but to pay $700 and not be gauranteed a position is a waste of time and money and I will NOT be suckered in to this scam.

National Auto Academy SCAMS & LIES

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, October 29, 2015

It is unethical to post ads for job listings claiming to represent a brand name dealership, and any dealership that entertains such behavior to operate out of their establishment is also damaging their names as well. National Auto Acadamy is scamming job seekers by false advertising. Why don't you place in your ad that you are a third party training company and that you charge $700 for the class and that you in fact are not the actual company you are advertising(Chevy,Audi,Honda,Toyota) NOTHING in your ad states that you are National Auto Acadamy and that you charge $700. You have people taking off of work to come listen to your scam which is complete BS thinking they are going in for an actual job! I'm sure this SCAM you are running will catch up to you!

Great News National Auto Academy placed 7 people this week

AUTHOR: Lucia - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 28, 2015

Great News, I am aa recuriter that goes into dealerships to recruit train and place caniddates in the Auto Industry with the option to interivew at that dealership by the third day. We hired 6 people this week (with no prior experience in Auto Sales).  If they do have experience, we put them directly with management and another candidate was hired.  SO 7 CANDIDATES WERE HIRED THIS WEEK.  If in Sales they will earn $65-$100k and if in BDC they will earn $40-70K.   National Auto Academy (NAA) is a college accredited (Department of Education) course and has been in the business for over 20 years, placing thousands of candidates. Not only do we train candidtes with no Auto Experience, but we offer those said candidates with LIFETIME PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE.  Standing behind the candidate and our education.

Many people go to college for years and come out with student loan debt, no job and no promise of LIFETIME PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE.  This one class may be $699 upfront HOWEVER, THE DEALER REIMBURSES YOU 100% AFTER 90 DAYS.

No guarentees is correct because the dealer does a background check, drivers license check and some do drug testing.  If you are fearful of passing them, then that is on YOU.

Seriously, 7 people are starting their new career this week.
