 After having a total loss vehicle on a car I purchased through Nationals Auto Sales I found out that my pay-off was $3000 higher than I was told over the phone. Not only did I not receive a single dime from my settlement check from my insurance company, I was told I still owed $700 on the vehicle. They have and use hidden clauses that increase your interest rates. I was assured that if I purchase my replacement vehicle through them that they would wave the $700 owed, only to be presented with cars marked $3000-$5000 over fair market value.
