First I feel the need to address the sexual harrassament claims. I have worked with Ira and you can't get any more by the book with him. Suggesting that he would ask for anything vulgar or sexually explicit is laughable. I really believe the customer made this up just to make him or the company look bad. Plus there is nothing for him to gain from even making such a claim. That's just a ridiculous and flat out lie right there for this customer to make in my opinion. There is no way to prove it either way but in my honest opinion Ira would never do such a thing.

As far as the Carfax report. The Carfax was clean when you bought it so how does the dealer know anything different. I can almost guarantee that even if the car was in an accident like you said-which I doubt it was-that there was no salvage or frame reported. Also how could there be more owners? The only thing I can think of is National Auto Sales came in possession of the vehicle which is counted as an owner then sold to you which is counted. Really not that big of a deal there.

As far as the extended warranty-after you buy the vehicle it can take up to 6 weeks for the warranty company to have your name in the system but your warranty is still valid. A COPY OF THE WARRANTY CONTRACT IS PROVIDED TO YOU AT TIME OF SALE. You have it right there.

As far as auctioning the car off and the fees required to do so. If your vehicle needs repair to make it ready for sale then there are fees involved. This could be something as simple as a battery, a key being made, a hubcap or more. The cars do have to be cleaned up for sale and a detail fee is charged. It also costs money to tow the car to the auction. Pretty basic and normal practices right there.

It sounds like National helped you out when you needed a car-you didn't hold up your end of the bargain and are making false accusations because your upset. Do you expect to just return a vehicle and not be responsible for the cost and fees incurred that happen during a repossession. I would bet that National probably ended up losing money by selling you a vehicle yet your the one upset.

So your claim of deception is clearly not valid. Carfax was clean when you bought the vehicle. National does not own Carfax or have anything to do with how they report. Your contract explains everything. The car was auctioned off and you are responsible for the difference of what your principal balance is plus fees minus what the car sold for. To avoid this you could of kept making your payments or tried to privately sell the car yourself to pay off the balance. Nothing new there. That's how it is whether you have a repossession with National or with Honda or GMAC. Your warranty contract was valid. You had a written and signed copy of it. It really sounds like your trying to blame somebody for something that was not there fault. You could also get in big trouble for accusing somebody falsely of sexual harrassement.

It's funny how some people will just make stuff up and vent and don't reveal all the facts in a situation.
