National Auto Sales is one big deseptive company. My wife and I bought a vehicle from them over a year ago and since we drove off the lot it has been nothing but problems out of national Auto Sales. First off I pulled the Carfax on the vehicle we purchased and everything was in order that day. Two months later I checked the Carfax report on the same vehicle come to find out three months before we purchased the vehicle it was involved in a major accident. Carfax claimed it takes time sometimes for them to update the status of the reports depending on when they get the info entered from the insurance agencies. Then it whent from two owners to four owners of the vehicle. Another crazy thing that happened was we bought extended warrenty thru there third party company thru national auto sales. And when it was time to get the transmission fixed the warrenty company had no info on our vehicle. Meaning to say National Auto Sales never sent the proper paperwork to the warrenty company but still charged us $1,200. Well I lost my job recently and my wife got laid-off right after I did so we got way behind on everything. Needless to say We couldn't afford the payment of the vehicle anymore. So we drove the vehicle to the lot and explained the situation to Ira and he said he understood and that it would be put down as a Voluntary Reposession. Needless to say we check our credit file and it says un-voluntary reposession. After three days my wife got a call from Ira on her cellphone saying he could give the vehicle back to us under certain arrangements.. which she told me was vulgar and sexual explicit things he wanted from her. So she called me right away and I tried contacting him and he never took my calls. Which she could have recorded the conversation. National Auto Sales sold the vehicle ten days later at an auction and made about $5,000 of it. But they sent me a letter saying they are charging me for towing clean-up, repairs and all kind of other things. Well anyway I have a brother who works at the auction where the car was sold. And one of his buddies bought the vehicle for Pars Cars. He called me up and told me it just went thru the auction line and sold. So I asked him to take pictures of it outside and inside. Come to find out they ain't even touch the car. It was the same way I drove it to them even still had cigar ashes in ashtray. We are now going thru an attorney with all all evidence and plan to sue National Auto Sales for Deception and Sexual Harassment. People Please..Please Don't buy your next vehicle from them. Don't make a $15,000 mistake on a car thru a deceptive company like National Auto Sales. We wish we would have walked away when we first looked on the lot.

First I feel the need to address the sexual harrassament claims. I have worked with Ira and you can't get any more by the book with him. Suggesting that he would ask for anything vulgar or sexually explicit is laughable. I really believe the customer made this up just to make him or the company look bad. Plus there is nothing for him to gain from even making such a claim. That's just a ridiculous and flat out lie right there for this customer to make in my opinion. There is no way to prove it either way but in my honest opinion Ira would never do such a thing.

As far as the Carfax report. The Carfax was clean when you bought it so how does the dealer know anything different. I can almost guarantee that even if the car was in an accident like you said-which I doubt it was-that there was no salvage or frame reported. Also how could there be more owners? The only thing I can think of is National Auto Sales came in possession of the vehicle which is counted as an owner then sold to you which is counted. Really not that big of a deal there.

As far as the extended warranty-after you buy the vehicle it can take up to 6 weeks for the warranty company to have your name in the system but your warranty is still valid. A COPY OF THE WARRANTY CONTRACT IS PROVIDED TO YOU AT TIME OF SALE. You have it right there.

As far as auctioning the car off and the fees required to do so. If your vehicle needs repair to make it ready for sale then there are fees involved. This could be something as simple as a battery, a key being made, a hubcap or more. The cars do have to be cleaned up for sale and a detail fee is charged. It also costs money to tow the car to the auction. Pretty basic and normal practices right there.

It sounds like National helped you out when you needed a car-you didn't hold up your end of the bargain and are making false accusations because your upset. Do you expect to just return a vehicle and not be responsible for the cost and fees incurred that happen during a repossession. I would bet that National probably ended up losing money by selling you a vehicle yet your the one upset.

So your claim of deception is clearly not valid. Carfax was clean when you bought the vehicle. National does not own Carfax or have anything to do with how they report. Your contract explains everything. The car was auctioned off and you are responsible for the difference of what your principal balance is plus fees minus what the car sold for. To avoid this you could of kept making your payments or tried to privately sell the car yourself to pay off the balance. Nothing new there. That's how it is whether you have a repossession with National or with Honda or GMAC. Your warranty contract was valid. You had a written and signed copy of it. It really sounds like your trying to blame somebody for something that was not there fault. You could also get in big trouble for accusing somebody falsely of sexual harrassement.

It's funny how some people will just make stuff up and vent and don't reveal all the facts in a situation.
