National Automotive Service Corp Mavaro Solutions DO Not Do Business With This Company Internet

This company contacted me via phone after repeated attempts to reach me via mail.  My initial reaction was "not interested".  After being passed to a supervisor and working the auto warranty down from $$3,800 to $2,000 ( that should have been my first red flag ) and being told I had 30 days to cancel with a full refund, I accepted the deal for a 6 yr, 100,000 mile warranty.  

three days later I called to cancel citing a change of heart.  I spoke with three different customer service team members each of them trying their best to keep me as a customer.  I complimented them on their professionalism ( which I know disagree with ) but politely stated I did not have need of the warranty.  Each person refused to cancel my warranty or provide any hope that others within the organization would do so. My salesperson has know also gone dark so there is little chance I can effect any changes.  Once the credit card charge releases from the pending state I will be disputing the charge and hope the CC honors my request

This company does not place the customer first, they do not honor what they state during the sales process. Run and hide if they happen to reach you.
