Received a "Time Sensitive Document" notice to send in $19.99 in order to receive $1,900,000.00. Searched the website for NAAC...National Awards Advisory Center and saw that another consumer had filed a Ripoff Report. Thought I would do the same. Wanted to see if this was a scam....looks like one.
