I must say that I experienced a similar situation as stated by Bobby.  As a reader, I ask you to really think about what we are saying before making a decision to use this company for carpet cleaning.  I do know, as with others who have issued complaints, that leadership in this organizaiton continues to respond in a customer-attacking mode (vs. accepting accountability for the "customer experience" regardless of how they feel).  I also have every expectation that this organization will respond to this concern in a not-to-supportive way. Further, I had the unfortunate opportunity today to speak with Clint to share a concern with him. 


He (owner - Clint) was the most demeaning individual I have ever spoken with that I recall.  I asked to speak to his manager (prior to learning his role) and he advised that he was the "owner" of company.  I was absolutely shocked to learn this as I have never experienced any business leader who would even consider speaking to a customer in the manner he did with me.  Whether he agreed with me or not, I deserved someone who would treat me with respect, as I did him - not attack my character and hang up on me multiple times.  I am 52 years old and have NEVER had anyone treat me in this way.  So, if you are considering use of this company, please think again.  Like Bobby, I was upsold and demeaned.  In fact statements (I wrote down during our phone conversatation) that he said to me were:


- "That is ridiculous.  I have known this employee for a long time and he would never do that"


- "You are more than irresponsible..."  In fact, he said that to me five times during two conversations.


Further, he hung up on me 2 times.  I called him back and asked if he had the chance to reflect on our conversation and if he would be at least willing to listen to me, as a customer, provide an account of my experience.  He said I did not need to do that and hung up on me. 


As a leader myself, I would have immediately (and have) terminated a customer service rep. for treating a customer in that manner, yet alone a leader.  I am extremely dissappointed and certainly feel this organization is not serving in the best interest of customers they serve.  Simply stated, a company governed by such incompetence in leadership capacity should not be in business.


In summary, the work quality was poor (has to be repeated), the employee upsold me (shame on me for buying this) - from less than $40 to $110 and the OWNER insulted me, called me names and hung up on me multiple times.  This would be a perfect 20/20 television show episode helping businesses learn what not to do and potential cusotmers, like me, learn to do our homework first. 


Please do not take the chance to place yourself in a similar situation.  Remember - you get what you pay for and you are now "aware".
