National City Mortgage ripoff Liars told us one thing and did another National City Mortgage told us that they could put our payments where they wanted to, And didn't pay our home ownerw insurance for six months wich a hault to us refinancing our home. We have been in a battle with National City Mortgage for sometime now and even hired an attorney to help us wich turned out to be in favor of National City Mortgage (Go Figure). My family and I had an Unfortuant event in our lives and we needed to refinance our home. During this time consuming Proccess with the lender we were faced with obsticles by Natonal City Mortgage for instance they did not pay our home owners insurance for six months and it put us to a screetching halt to the refinance.

After taking care of that situation we started the proccess all over again and again National City Mortgage put more problems to the refinance such as costs they wanted us to pay with out giving us the information on where they came up with these costs,

so again that put a hold on our refinace the lender even tried to get the information from National City Mortgage on why we had to pay these costs. No answers were ever given to us except that the bottom line was they were right and we were wrong. The lender finally gave up and said that they have never dealt with a situation like that where a company refused to let us refinace our home and they simply could not help us to refinace. After several more attempts to find out what has happened to our money and these bogus costs National City Mortgage finally sent us information.

But! the information was on a whole different loan. We contacted National City Mortgage and told them of thier mistake and we were told to throw it away. It makes me wonder if someone out there has all of our informaton. We feel like somebody needs to address these type of mistakes and not just blow them off like its nothing. In the agreement that we are being forced to except to keep our home is a paragraph stating that we can not go back and sue them for anything. If this company is honest why would they have a paragraph like that? Right?
