I received several harrassing phone calls in April 2009 from National Credit Adjusters. So one day I decided to pick up and speak to a live voice and when I did Ms. Jeanette Hall told me who she was and what I owed and then started the harrassment. I informed her I have no intentions of running from my bill it's just setting up a payment that I can afford to pay each month until the debt is paid. As I'm a single mom of 3 who works 3 days a week. This was a pay day loan in which I borrowed $300.00 and she notified me that I had to pay back $1375.16 in which I had to pay bi-weekly $343.79 or I'd be taken to court. I told her that I could not pay that ever 2 week as I don't make that much I didn't borrow that much and I have to live first(shelter, food, children, gas, electric etc....)She threatened me with either you set something up or were going to sue you so to protect my job I figured let me just set it up and then if I see that it's not going to work will call her back and notify her. I called back and she notifyed me that they'd stop payment as requested and has been taking the money out of my account ever since which has allowed my rent to bounce, my electrical bills to bounce no money for groceries.

You need to go to your bank and report this as a fraudulant transaction then request to close the account and reopen it with new #s if the caller calls back and asks for the new account # refuse to give it this could be a scammer. IF I were you I would not answer the phone
