National credit adjusters, llc Sent me an email telling me my Payday loan was sold to them? I never had a payday loan ever Hutchins Kansas

received an email stating my Mobiloan had been sold to National credit adjusters, llc.  Had a phone number on the email  so I called to find out what this was because I am a victim of identy theft .  I have the league document to prove it.

Mr. Layfayett as he called him self told me I had a loan they deemed it real and I needed to pay.   I asked for a copy or documents of the so called loan and he told me they had sent them to me and read off an address and when I said I had never lived there that is not my address he started being a real super big jerk. Telling me I took the loan and if I did not take the loan why did I pay it for 3 months.  I asked what bank.  I paid from. He gave me a bank I have never used.   Don't know where the bank is located.     the only thing correct in the entire conversation he said is that theifs don't pay debt For 3. Months.  Well no joke.   I have no clue who paid that account but it was not me.  Then he became abusive and rude and I asked for his supervisor he said he was his supervisor and what would they tell me different.   After i just kept repeating I need your supervisor.  I need your supervisor over and over. for 5 minutes.  He told me to shut up!    And I would treat him with respect !  I said I need to talk to your supervisor.  He said hold.   The same guy came on the phone giving a different name.  I informed him he sounded a lot like the other guy and he started laughing.  I explained I never ever had a payday loan and this was not mine.  He laughed and said yes it is.   We have you ss# dob.   And I asked what they were and he said for me to give them to him. I said NO! He got mad and told me it was mine and I need to pay it.   I asked for a copy go the loan app he said no.  Only way to get that was with a police report. So I called the police got the case # and called them back!    Now I am told that the report does not Change a thing.  Mind you the police officer was listening because I had it on speaker phone and did announce that when I called back but they said so what they did not care.   The officer attempted to talk to them and the told him he was not a real cop.    He was just some guy!    Wow he looked and acted like a cop and i found him at the police station.   national collection told me to pay or they would take everything .   The police officer told them this was harassment and he was now recording the call and the collection acgeny hung up.       The police told me after he looked them up on the BBB. They are scammers.   do not take calls and do not provide any info to them!    I am calling a lawyer in the morning.   I don't understand all this but i bet a lawyer will.
