We are a small business that was looking for a large targeted email blast to promote our company.  National Data Group promised to send out 200,000 emails for us.  They also promised that we would be provided tracking info so we could see that the emails were actually sent out.

We trusted them, and thought we were investing $2700.00 into a positive marketing campaign for our company.  But then there detailed report that they promised was an excel spread sheet that only said this many were sent out and this many people read the email, and this many people went to your website.  We have not been given information to even validate that these emails were even sent out.

We also were informed after the fact, that when someone replies to that email it would be refered back to us, but that was not the case.  When someone replies to the email it is rejected and bounced back to the customer.  But when we signed up with the company they told us that they needed a return receipt email address. So customers could reply to the email.

The spreadsheet was so vague and so general anyone with a little knowledge of a computer could have typed it up in literally seconds.  There has not been given any proof that these emails were even sent out.  Out of the 200,000 thousand emails, they supposedly sent out for our company we have not received even one call or reply.

Our website counter doesn't show any hits from 1200 additional consumers.   When we asked for more detailed information like we were promised they told us that they could sell us the information for yet even more money.  We are a small company that couldn't afford to just through money away like that.

They really took advantage of us....  We would like anyone that has been also rooked by this company to respond so we can possibly start a class action lawsuit.  For the flagrancy of this company.
