National Data Group Never provided agreed upon services Omaha, Nebraska

My company found National Data Group on-line through Google and had solicited two other quotes from similar list brokers.  They were slightly less money then the other two quotes and gave us greater targeted filter-ability with out increasing the price.  We had contracted with them to send 1MM to qualified, verified Email addresses.

According to my companies web analytic and Google Analytics there was no increase at all, NONE, on the day it went out our the following days.  We created a special URL just for this campaign to accurately gauge our success.

Upon questioning my rep Ben Temme, I was given an excel spreadsheet that a 8 year old could have created, with one of the data points showing me 'Total Opens'.  It was insulting how brazen they were with the robbery they just committed.

I immediately challenged the charges and started a 3+ month fight going back and forth with the CC company providing them with Google traffic reports for my site and other supporting documentation.

National Data Group knows what they are doing when it comes to scamming business and contesting charge backs and I can safely assume this is where they successfully wear down their former client by responding to every notice the CC company sends in a timely manor.  The content that they send back to the CC isn't besides the point and irrelevant, (National Data Group sent the same garbage report I was sent), the CC Company claims person just checks the box that documentation was received not having truly analysed its content.

It took me 3+ months as i have stated above to work my way up the chain of command within the CC Company disputes department to finally get a person who actually took the time to rationally review the case and refund our money.

Shame on you National Data Group!!!
