If you are in an agreement with this company, I would reccommend you stop your payments to them. They are required to refund the money they have in the bank for you minus fees and work that has been done. The good news is they dont do any work.
I worked the phones and believed in the service of debt settlement. After seeing them unconcerned about the clients who were calling in for answers ,my view of the company changed. Dont use this company!
My concern is for the elderly people who may be taken advantage of and people who are struggling with debt and need help. National Debt Management just helps themselves.
Note: National Debt Management owes me $750.00 in commissions. I gave her an opportunity to pay me and havent received a dime of my money earned. My only hope is the nice people who I was trying to help have already gotten out oif their agreement with them. Therefore comm.would be void.
