National Deed Services Illinois Deed Provider, Inc Took My Money and Failed to Deliver Northbrook Illinois

I have a letter from Illinois Deed Provider, Inc. indicating a Certified Copy of the deed to the property transferred to me can be obtained from them.  A payment of $79.50 would be required.  The request form along with payment can be faxed or mailed. 

I called their office prior to me sending the order request form to question how long it take to receive the certified copy of the deed.  I was advised six to eight weeks.  I submitted my request in March, 2015 and have received no documents.

When calling the office, I get a message indicating the number is no longer in service.
