I told "jennifer" that I had a m.o. to mail them that day. She told me that they could not accept any more payments from me unless it was a direct debit from my bank account. I gave her my account number. I told her I didn't have my checkbook with me. She said she could find my routing number. I told her the name of my bank. She read off a routing number, and I told her it was not right. My routing number starts with ***. She said it didn't matter, the bank would figure it out (basically). With the payment arrangement being made I cashed the m.o.

Two weeks later. I get a call from "Charles". My ach check was returned unpaid. I repeatedly tell him I have the money in my account. He says that I can no longer make payments from my checking account because there is now a returned item. O.k. your employee made the mistake. Your company has the obligation to fix it. I thought I was going to have a stroke by the end of this phone call! So now you want my debit card number? No way!! By the way, while "charles" was on hold, I called my bank, and they said the routing number was wrong and that was the reason the item was not paid. The man at my bank placed a stop payment on any item from this company for the next six months. He felt so obliged to warn me that companies like this track the stop payment time frame. Hmm...

Anyway, I told "charles" I was finished doing business with his company. That being said, I will still send them money orders. If they send them back, fine. At least I will have proof th show that I tried to make an effort to pay.

Wow!! I really thought I was going to have a stroke!! I have already made 2 ftc complaints about this company. This incident doesn't really qualify, but at least I can let people know.

National Enterprise Systems: Maybe best to boycott companies they work for

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 26, 2008

I know they work for the following companies:

Sears
K-Mart
Verizon

I will add to the the list. Until now I thought they were just a collection agency. Now I see that they are taking from us any way they can. Please e-mail with the name of any company that uses this collection agency.
