After looking over my register for my checking account, it was brought to my attention that National Enterprise Systems took money out of my account without my premission.

I immediately went to the bank and the lady looked it up me.  She told me that on June 14, 2013 they took out $30.00 and again on June 17, 2013 but this time they took $207.85.  This account was set up to only pay my bills each month.  I only keep enough in there to pay all of my bills.

I don't know who this is company is nor have I ever agreed to allow them to take money out of my account.  I am on a fixed come, receiving a disability check in the amount of $710.00 with no other income coming in.  I pay what I can on my bills but sometimes I have to pay late in orde to keep my water or electricity from being shut off.

My bank disputed these charges and she said that I will get my money back into my account.

After reading the comments from this website, it appears that this is a collection agency who collects debt on student loans.  I do not nor have I ever applied for or received any student loans. 

A couple of months ago, I received a call from a man stating that he was from a university in Colorado and he was calling to see if I needed any help applying for my student loans.  He had my  name and the correct address but a different DOB.  I informed him that there was a mistake because I have never applied for any financial assistance fo going to school.  He said that he was sorry for calling and told me he would fix this and I would not hear from them again.  A couple of weeks later, I received the same call from a lady.  I told her the exact same thing that I told the man.  She also said she would take care  of it again so no one would bother me again.

 I forgot about it because I never heard from anyone so I assumed it was taken care of.  Apparently they did not take care of it so, I guess they decided to take money out of my account
