Dear to whom it may concern,

I've gotten a card in the mail explaining to me about a possible qualifier for a government grant of at least $5,000 its money that you will never have to pay back I still have that card and other information that was sent. I called the number and I had them to take $298.88 out of my checking account for processing the grant information. I also have the bank statement when they had taken the money out of my account.

I've made numerous contacts with them, and they kept telling me that its still in processing. This has been going on for one year now. I would like to have my money back. I've tried sending them a letters with the address given, and my letter was return and that P.O. Box address doesn't exist anymore. I've tried calling them with the number given by the a person i've talked to in the past. That number is (1-866-514-6226).

I call at the right office hours, but I get the answering service telling me they are closed on the open hours. I've talked to a person named Michael and Tony, no last name was given. I now think that this is now a fraud company that have taken my money, and there is no way of contacting them anymore. I see now this company has taken my money, and there seems like there is nothing I can do about it. they told me they were delaying the grant due to Hurricane Katrina which I respected that decision. I just now wish to have my money back.

I hope you all take the matter seriously and I would appreciate your support in the very important matter.

I've sent them a letter stating:

I am writing you today concerning my grant status. I have contacted you on numerous occasions, and I am getting the run around. The phone numbers given is telling me you all are closed. It has been almost a year and Ive not gotten any satisfactory. Ive sent $298.88 for processing this request, and Ive gotten no where. All I ask is take this matter in consideration, and just refund the $298.88, that was taken out of my checking account.

It was return because the box was closed.

Girlfriend, I can't believe you fell for this old scam. What planet are you from ??
NOBODY, but NOBODY, except a scam artist , sends you things like that in the mail.
And you fell for it. Well, all I can say is that you learned an expensive lesson here.
Next time do yourself a favor - if it seems too good to be true, it is. Just in case, check with ROR first. By the way, the government doesn't just give grants from out of the blue and for no reason. You have to file tons of paperwork and have a valid project to receive one ( eg. scientific research, valid business venture, etc. ).
