National Filing Servicess creditor: HSBC METRIS Called & said i had 2 hours to make decioson to pay a debt or they were going to take me to court & they could drain my bank acc. & garnish my wages. That is was going to court without me cuz they alr Corona, California

National Filing Services called and said i owed a debt and i only had 2 hours to make a decsion. They said if i didnt come up with $1,200 up front it was going to court without me and that they already tried to serve me and couldnt find me cuz i must have moved around alot. Funny thing is i havent moved in years. They they were going to drain my bank account and garnish my wages and i would have to pay $4,000 instead of the $1,200.

I told them i didnt have that kind of money so they said they probelly could work out a deal with the ceditor if i pay $232.60 a month for 9 months they wont go to court. It would only = out to be $2,093.40 and it would be better than it going to court and them draining my bank account and garnishing my wages and end up paying the $4,000.00. I was scared and gave them my debit card #. I paid them for a couple of months b4 i found out it was a scam.
