National Fitness Financial Systems Auto renewal of contract without authorization????? Layton Utah

I joined Ladies Workout Express last October and joined for a year. Within a month I got a new job which was very far away and had long hours. Due to the short hours of the gym, I could no longer use it. I realized I could not get out of my contract so I continued to pay my dues even though I never set foot in the gym. My contract was up the end of October. The first week of November I called to advise that I would not be renewing, at which point I was told that my contract "automatically" renewed and I was responsible for Noveber and would have to fax a letter to not be charged for Decemeber. Well, I disputed the charge with my credit card company for November and now am receiving collection notices and nasty phone calls.
