National fitness Financial Baily Hall I OWN MT VERNON FITNESS AND NATIONAL FITNESS IS STEALING MY MONEY LAYTON Utah

I have been a client of Nation Fitness since 2009. My deposits were always on time until Feb 2015.  Then they started being late.  First depoists were 2 to 4 days late , then it became 2 to 3 weeks late and now it has been over 30 days.  They owe me over 12000.  As a small club it has been very hard to pay my bills.  At first they told me it was a back office problem.  I spoke with brandon last week and he admitted it was a cash flow problem.  So he admitted they are robbing peter to pay paul.  I have contacted an attorney to get my money and I also have contect the Illinois AG and the FBI.  What they are doing is criminal.  Do not do business with them.
