National Floors Direct Julia from customer service. Promised to be here at 3 different times and completely blew us off the 1st 2 times and showed up late the 3rd. Wanted to charge us $54 to re-scheduke the install but wouldn't let us cancel the order or give us a discount for being 3 days late on their install. Avon, MA Internet
We were charged $360 to install a carpet. We gave them $160 up front and the balance on installation. They completely blew us off the 1st day they were scheduled to install it, no phone call or anything to let us know. They then scheduled it for Saturday morning and did the exact same thing, no call no show. A woman with Nat floors told my wife that they would honor a discount for all the trouble but then on Sat they said they wouyldn't. Then on the 3rd day they were suppose to be here between 9am and 12pm, they didn't show up till 1:30pm and still told me that there were no supervisors or managers that I could talk to and they weren't going to give a discount. This is a terrible way for a bussiness to be run and something should be done about it.
