National Furniture Delivered Defective Parts, it's been 4 weeks since I bought my furniture no one came to fix it yet! Mississauga Ontario

I bought a Queen size bed from National Furniture on June 2008. The salesperson was so eager to sell it and sounded to helpful and promised on time delivery. The furniture was not delivered on time. It came with a defected headboard and the worst manual on earth!!! We called right away to get the headboard fixed. No one could exactly let us know when the headboard will be delivered. If finally arrived after a week and half. Now the side panels of the bed seem to have problems since there is no thread to tie the screw with the headboard. We've been calling National Furniture for more than a week now to send someone to fix it. Yet there is no response from them. The bed cost me more than $700. The manager was awful and showed no interest in helping the customer.
