 A Never Ending Chargeback Scheme!

I have been an Insurance Agent since 1997 an have never heard of a never ending time frame on chargebacks until now. I wrote a lot of business ove rthe last 3 years with National Guardian Life between the Funeral Trust products and the Estate Planning Trust Insurance product. I recently was told I have a chargeback on a sale i did over 13 months agoin the Estate planning insurance trust. We wrote the sale for VA planning and to make the cash value not count as an income, we were not applying for Medicaid.

I was shocked as I told the rep from NGL I wrote that over a year ago, he stated they decided to refund the client 100% even after the 12 month period and I was to absorb a 100% chargeback!

I was shocked and wanted an explanation and I was told "you signed an agreement in your contract that states "NGL can at any time for any reason refund premiums to a client and the agent is responsible for the chargeback"

I tried to work with this rep but I was told (and i saved all email communication for evidense) "You signed the contract agreeing to these conditions so its on you"

I also have a pending sale that i was wondering why it has not been issued as of yet when NGL received the 1035 of over 40,000 weeks ago, well now I know, they were delaying my comp intentionally to be able to take my 4300 in commision to apply to the unjustified chargeback.

I also as of today received an email from another rep at NGL informing me they confiscated my comp of 4300 to apply to my debit balance and I still owe another $2000! if I fail to pay them this 2000 I will have a Vector in Negative.

I read the agreement in the agent contract and anyone reading this you better also because it does state clearly they can at any time for any reason do this.

Even 10 years after a sale they could blast any of us for a full chargeback according to their contract and actions. I will gladly share proof of these emails with any agent or lawyer.

I am looking for a lawyer with steel pair to go after them anyway possible for the stress they have put me through.
