National Home Creators Robert Covey Home contractor. Did not pay subcontractor. Now I'm being sued by subcontractor for his failure to pay Katy Texas

I contracted Robert Covey-National Home Creators in 7/2016 to install a patio cover and raise (level) my patio and walkway. He sub-contracted to concrete work to another company. I paid him all the service fees.
I was recently contacted by the concrete company that Mr Covey has not paid them and he continues to dodge paying the concrete company. I have also talked to former employees and he has failed to pay them owed fees as well.
I am now being brought into a law suit by the concrete company for failure to pay. Mr Covey needs to be responsible for his fees owed.

To Whom it may concern, Mr. Bill was a client of mine and the company is not filing a lien on his home, I have paid the company for a there was a problem with the bill being too high and want them to correct it before payment that's all. I have no problem showing the paid invoice to the company. Mr. Bill rushed to judgment but I hold no harm to him over this

The Gentlemen that wrote the above lie about my company and myself is an ex-employee that work for me.
I terminated the gentle for stealing, and like some l people who want nothing but to hurt people wrote those bad things about.
