The lack of respect and rudeness exhibited by the last poster is something that happens a lot in "said business". With a name of JarJarBinks it's obvious that he or she isn't fully comfortable with the company or they would use their real name. LOL.
To get help with companies who misrepresent themselves and report those who are abusive, this is a handy link from the government (FCC) to help:
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel17.shtm
Just copy and paste that web address into the browser, and see for yourself the rules that this company is supposed to follow. Personally, I think the company has been abusive to people and that is why I dumped it for a better, more reputable company who is kind to customers. Good luck and remember, knowledge is power against these folks.

Why are you posting on here? You were entered into the sweepstakes. Just because they asked you if you had a cc or a checking account does not take away from the fact you were entered regardless. Go back to school you obviously need an education.

First let me explain to all you haters out there, that I am an employee of said company. Now with that out of the way, Just what the bloody hell are you babbling about, you get a letter, you call the number, ask if we have a website, and you are told that is a trick question? I know that is a bald face lie, you called and wanted something for nothing, and when you did not get it, you resorted to lying and besmearching the name of a good company. My advice to you, If you want something for nothing, try FantasyLand at Disney World, cause my pea brained friend, in life there is no free lunch.
