NATIONAL MAGAZINE EXCHANGE THRU PAT HAINES YOU COULD "STRIKE IT RICH" AS THE NEXT TWO MILLION DOLLAR WINNER IS A SCAM!

I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE! I CALLED AFTER RECEIVING MAIL THAT LOOKED TO BE CERTIFIED AND YET I DIDN'T HAVE TO SIGN FOR ANY OF THE MAIL. I CALLED AND GAVE THEM MY ID NUMBER AND AFTER A MONTH OR SO I GOT ANOTHER SAYING THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE AND WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU.

SO, I CALLED AGAIN AND THIS TIME I GOT HOOKED LINED AND SINKER-I SIGNED UP TO RECEIVE MAGAZINES FOR 3 INSTALLMENTS OF $22.36. WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO MELISSA WHO WAS THE REPRESENTATIVE-SHE WAS RUDE AND MEAN. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND SHE TOLD ME SHE DID NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO SO. I KEPT TELLING HER I WANTED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND HAVE THE MONEY THEY TOOK OUT PUT BACK IN AND SHE KEPT GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES.

I TOLD HER I JUST WANTED IT TO BE DONE AND OVER WITH AND SHE WAS WASTING MY TIME. SHE SAID THE CALL WAS BEING RECORDED BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE UPTMOST RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. YET I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS THE ONE CALLED CRAZY. I TOLD HER THAT THE NUMBER IN WHICH I TRIED TO CALL AND CANCEL WAS NOT RIGHT THEREFORE I WENT ONLINE AND LOOKED IT UP AND FOUND THIS HELPFUL WEBSITE THAT I WISH I HAD FOUND BEFORE. SHE THEN WENT ON ABOUT HOW EVERYONE HERE IS LYING AND HOW SHE DOSEN'T WORK FOR A RIP-OFF COMPANY. SO, AFTER HER GOING ON AND ON I WAS FINALLY LIKE, I HAVE IT IN WRITING, I WANT MY CANCELLATION AND I WANT THE MONEY YOU TOOK OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SHE SAID IT WOULD TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS BUT THEN IT COULD TAKE ANOTHER MONTH DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK.

SHE WAS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING AND ACTUALLY LAUGHED AT ME WHEN I GOT FRUSTRATED BECAUSE SHE WAS MAKING ME LATE AND I WANTED WAS TO CANCEL AND VERIFY.

DO NOT BUY MAGAZINES FROM NATIONAL MAGAZINE EXCHANGE-THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND THIS WAS MY CONCELLATION PRIZE FOR NOT WINNING THE MONEY. I WOULD HAVE PAID HER TO SHUT HER MOUTH! IF THEY CALL SAY NO AND NO AND NO OVER AGAIN. IT SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD DEAL BUT REALLY IT ISN'T.

IF I HAD TO GO THROUGH 45 MINUTES JUST TO CANCEL AND GET MOCKED I AM SUPRISED WHAT THEY DO WITH CUSTOMERS WHO ACTUALLY STAY AND DO NOT CANCEL. SHE WANTED TO KEEP MY $22.36 AND NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE OTHER TWO INSTALLEMENTS BUT I WAS LIKE I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING AND I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE ANYTHING SO WHY SHOULD YOU KEEP MY MONEY THAT SHE COULD NOT ANSWER. SHE SAID SHE JUST WANTED TO MAKE US BOTH HAPPY! WHAT AN REBUTAL THAT WAS!

THANK YOU MELISSA FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO TRANSFER ME TO A SUPERVISOR. YOU HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NATIONAL MAGAZINE EXCHANGE IS JUST ANOTHER BIG SCAM IN MY OPIONION! IT GOES ALONG WITH THE WHOLE PAT HAINES WIN IT BIG. YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING SOMETHING GOOD WHEN REALLY ALL YOU GET IS ONE BIG HEADACHE!

Ms.Chanaa,

To the point.

I said I didn't have the ABILITY to transfer you to a supervisor.

Not going in circles, just reading a script and following script & procedures.

You had concerns, I explained to you honestly.

You took my honesty for rudeness, I apologize.

I NEVER called you crazy.

I did tell you that MOST of the reports on here are composed by people who either misunderstood or who resolved their issues with the company, but yet never returned here to tell the "Bad along with the Good".

I offered you a $67.08 magazine package for 9-10 magazines for one year of service each (with NO auto renewal) for what you had already paid - $22.36. Paid in full.

When you declined, yes, I offered to not only consider you paid in full but I also was going to send you $20 in gas rebate certificates as a way of saying thank you for keeping the order.

You declined that also, so I cancelled you order and gave you a refund of the $22.36. I didn't say it could take another 30 days depending on the bank to be issued a refund. I said it may take 30 - 45 days for the refund to show on your STATEMENT depending on your banks billing cycle.

I never laughed at you.

I apologize for have making you late, but you called me.

We were not on the phone for 45 minutes. My supervisor would have been tapping me on the shoulder.

I did want to find something that would make us both happy. That wasn't a rebuttal, just the truth.

How did your conversation with Ken, and then Debbie go?

Why didn't you comment on the outcome in it's entirety?
