I was contacted by Eric Anderson after our home was placed into forclosure due to a mistake caused by our mortage company. He told me his company could help us with a government approved loan modification. Before they would start they required a payment of $2400.00 before  they would begin. I sent the funds out of desperation. After they recieved the fradulently obtained funds, I recieved an email from Eric with information that was supposed to be used to assist me. 

Eric stated the funds were for a "forensic Audit". I never recieved an audit, one was never preformed, it was all a lie. Eric pretended to be concerned and acted as if he were really being helpfull, but in reality he was just praying on the despiration of a Army veteran so he could steal my benefit money under false pretense. He should be ashamed.

I sent all rquested documentation to National Mitigation Corp on 2/28/12, and faxed them all the paperwork I recieved after them recieved my money. I recieved no assistance from them, had a hard time getting in touch with anyone. I did however recieve a nasty email from Kin Arnhardt when I requested a refund since the company failed to assist me, and accised them of being scammers.

This company takes advantage of desperate people, solicite funds from people in duress, and does nothing to help. If you recieve a call from them, or Eric Anderson....Hang up the phone.
