I thought the training was good but I the only calls I got were from people wanting to know why I sent them the letter. I got 6 or 7 calls from homeowners that were on time and had never had a late payment. Between NMFP fee, printing, and postage I'm out about $800. Not to mention my time. Not a single lead.
