This company called stating that they were National Mortgage

Relief Center. The number came up on my caller ID as Craig T. Pescar. I listened

to their pitch line telling me that they can refinance my house for 3.575% APR.

I asked if they were affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, at which time

they sated "Yes." As he was talking I googled the site up their names

and it came up as a scam. I asked for all the names at their business (which I

know were fake alias') One name was John Silva # (949)-916-1350 Senior Manager.

The guy I was talking to was Alexander Vargas # (949)-916-1394. Other numbers

were (949)-466-4627, (949)-305-4333 and (855)-550-6672. They wanted me to deposit

$1,490 into a Wells Fargo account #5918417*** with a routing #121042882. I hope

this helps others in time.

NMRC Ripped Me Off

AUTHOR: tgaines - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 12, 2012

I was mailed a postcard by NMRC claiming that they could cut my mortgage payment in half.  I called and checked out their website.  It all seemed legit and I spoke to a few people there who gave me all sorts of assurances.  I paid the $1,490 in one lump sum, sent them my documents and basically never heard from them again.  I left many messages and sent emails...finally threatening to get a lawyer and someone called me back right away.  He said they changed their phone number "didn't anyone tell you?".  So I've been calling the number for the last 3 months and clearly they left town with my money and no loan modification.  I've been completely ripped off and would like to get my money back and take these guys down.

Nationwide Mortgage

AUTHOR: John Blaze - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, June 09, 2011

6/9/11 -- Today I spoke with Mr. Silva who stated that the information was false that was posted on this website. The gentleman that was employed as of yesterday Alexander Vargas was relieved of his duties, due to false information about this company. Mr. Silva stated that Nationwide Mortgage Relief Center is not affiliated with National Mortgage Relief Center, Wells Fargo or any other banks. He also stated that the information that was relayed about depositing money in the Wells Fargo account is not company policy. This information that was relayed to me was the reason for the immediate post before someone was a victim of a scam. Mr. Silva stated that he was sorry for the miss information and hope that the original post be removed. This is my rebuttal to the original post about National Mortgage Relief Center. Thank You.
