I was contacted on 6 feb by a Joe Miranda with an offer to refinance my 9.63% mortgage.He requested copies of utility bills,proof of income,bank statements and mortgage statements

The next day they E-mailed me a Citimortgage conditional approval letter for my initials and signature. Then they sent me deposit instructions to deposit $3500.00 that had to be deposited before the loan could go forward. They said I was approved for an interest rate of 2.56. Who wouldn't go for that. I know,sounds to good to be true....

I have kept copies of everything they sent me should you need them, ThakYou

Mortgage Relief Center is afraid of questions.

AUTHOR: Jerry K - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 26, 2012

This organization, the Mortgage Relief Center, gives the impression that they have something to hide.  They have called four times in the last 10 days.  Why I have been targeted, I can't say.  The call starts with a recording (computerized) that tells me that I can save considerable money if I re-finance now.  On each call, I ask to speak to a representative (press 1).

When a person answers, I ask, "who am I speaking to"?  I have gotten mg*&%$#.  When I say, could you spell that?  They hang up.  All the calls have been variations of this.  I have NOT used a threatening tone.  I'm trying to find out why they are calling ME.  They seem very gun-shy.  I tend to believe that this company is not on the up-and-up.

To whom it may concern;

We are a proffesional documentation preparation organization. We recently were approached with a promising referral service through a mortgage broker with access to citi mortgage short refinance loans that would have been a great help for many homeowners we speak with on a daily basis. Due to no return calls, and the inability of the broker to provide any documentation regarding funded loans and due to appraisers not showing up at scheduled times we immediately stopped with this referral program and absouletly do not conduct business in this manor. This client has been issued a full refund of her $3,500.00 referal fee for this program due to the circumstances. Our company has -0- complaints up to this point and we are proud of that level of excellence. We absolutely will not take on a client to prepare documentation unless that individual meet the qualifications and criteria for an assistance program. We deeply apologize for any inconvienence this may have caused this client and did issue a FULL REFUND. We are also exploring all other programs for this client at absolutely NO CHARGE.
