NATIONAL MOVING NETWORK ripoff mistreated and ripped off outlandish ripoff late fees political corruption MIAMI Florida

National Moving Network was going to move my husband and I from Rhode Island to St Louis on 6/27 or 6/28. We gave them a $500.00 deposit, they said it could be returned if we cancelled within 7 days.

When we called to cancel 10 days earlier all we got was voice mail. The receptionist said Gary was away from his desk, so I kept calling for 2 days, on the 3rd day we called a supervisor, whom also never called back, after may phone calls we got Marlene.

Marlene said it was now too late to cancel or they would keep our deposit. She said Gary was out sick, thats why he didn't call back!!!So now we can't cancel because Gary was out sick....

So...we were FORCED to use their service....however THEY NEVER SHOWED UP...and they never called us...when we tried to get the $500.00 back they said it was our fault, they are not resonsible for DELAYS...We kept calling to see when the mover was coming and the guy actually hung up on us, then he wouldn't answer the phone...and they claim we cancelled....so they kept our deposit...

My husband and I had to rent a Ryder (they are nice people) and pack the truck ourselves and drive it 2000 miles....we are very unhappy with NATIONAL MOVING NETWORK!!!!!!
