NPS (National Payment Services) wants me to send them $10 to release a package that contains important information regarding Lottery Cash prize instructions.

Post mark on letter is stamped Hong Kong but inside mailing address is to Australia.

Please don't fall for this. It's just a continuation of the Nigeriajn money scam. It's more than likely some hippie sitting in a coffee shop phishing for suckers. DON'tT FALL FOR IT!!
