National Platinum WARNING:SCAM artists with rude customer service workers charlotte, North Carolina

I would like to report National Platinum....although i see there have been many already filed against them, this would make me feel better!  As I sit here crying over the fact that they took out 99.95 out of my checking account.  I thought i was filling out a payday loan application.  Today i checked my account and was withdrawn i fould out why.  Not only do I have the 99 to conted with, also insufficient fund fees by my bank.  I called my bank and have to fill out complaint forms with them.  Is there any other way???  The customer service reps at the company we soooo rude!  I am on disability, just make it to the end of the month! Please can someone help me get my money back?
