National Pool Wholesalers Poor Customer Service and Products Okeechobee Florida

I ordered a solar pool cover for my pool from National Pool Wholesalers. I recieved a larger then ordered cover that was clear and looked like standard bubble wrap. This was not what was ordered and they never responded. So I attempted to use it on the pool. Within 3 months it has started coming apart and flaking pieces into the pool.

I have made multiply attempts over the last few months to try to resolve the issue with the cover which is under warranty. National Pool Wholesalers does not respond and even answer a phone call. Their phone system a automatiated systema nd no one will ever answer if you get put on hold. I eveen filed a warranty claim which they closed with no response.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
