I began speaking with Brad Scott two months ago.  Things went fine, even to the point that his group signed an LOI for $6.5 mil USD.

He requested that an amount be put into escrow, and we did.  Then he ceased all contact.  Now our group is stuck holding the bag from this mess.

He needs to be stopped.

Brad Scott is Brad Kuskin

AUTHOR: Noble - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, June 23, 2011

Ladies and Gentlemen,

There is no Brad Scott.  That is an alias for Brad Kuskin.  As for his "partner" Allen, that is just Brad writing that rebuttal.  I recognize the jargon.  It's always the same.  He will string you along for however long it takes.  He is a very clever guy who should not be underestimated, but also a very sick and twisted individual.  I was scammed by him personally, and have met him personally.  I reported him to the local authoritities who did nothing.

Brad Kuskin should not be allowed to defraud business owners and consumers on a weekly basis, however, he does just that.  How he has not been arrested yet is beyond me.  The guy belongs in a jail cell.  Just look at how many people have filed these reports.

They are absolutely a scam

AUTHOR: anonymous - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 21, 2011

I am the original writer of this report, and we did wire $6,500 into escrow, and this Allen guy, and the two reports filed after are all fakes.  Brad Scott/Brad whatever is the only one...he did show us a PNC Bank Statement that had $23 mil available.  I am certain that he uses that for everyone he scams.  I also came from someone named Melissa Levine -- who I read in a previous report, does not exist.

National Property Trust - scam

AUTHOR: Melissa L - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 21, 2011

AVOID THE NATIONAL PROPERTY TRUST AND BRAD SCOTT (AKA. BRAD KUSKIN) as he has created a Ponzi-like scheme to take advantage of the unsuspected entrepreneurs, start-ups and other investors.  The National Property Trust (www.nptrust.com) is an LLC he formed in Delaware and he uses it for fraudulent activity to scam others.    Brad Scott, aka. Brad Kuskin, creates shell companys to con the unsuspected out of thousands of dollars all under the guise of an escrow agreement.

WARNING:  DO NOT WIRE ANY MONEY TO THEIR ACCOUNT. Their "Escrow and Deposit Agreement" will be nothing more than a means to funnel and launder your money.  More often than not they will use PNC Bank which houses a trust fund specifically for Brads schemes:  its under the name of KRC&M.  Once you wire that money to the account, it is transfer and moved in the attempt to launder funds.   As a distraction, his companies will use several different attorneys on contracts to give the deal some form of validity.  Once that level of comfort is secured, the will terminate the legal services or bounce from one attorney to the next.  Brad cannot provide legitimate proof of funds for any of the deals.  If he sends you a scanned money market statement from PNC or any other bank, call the bank directly for confirmation.  While he has lots of money he has stolen from the unsuspected, he moves the money around.  More often then not, you will see that there is no account under the information he has provided. And, if there is, it won't be there for long so follow-up.  Additionally, he will not provide any legitimate companies he has funded in the past.  He will use fraudulent documents and other shell companies to perpetrate the fraud. Professional looking documents too.  Be forewarned.  Once he has a deal with a potential client, communication in the beginning with Brad will be frequent and often. However, once the escrow funds are secured from the client, Brad will become more distant and you will find it difficult to reach him by any of the numbers he has provided or email address you have.  He uses several ghost email address which have no real personal associated with them. You will not speak to anyone other than Brad during any of the process.  Once he has your money, you wont even speak with him anymore.  Below is list of shell companies he has either utilized, been associated with or has operated from:

- Corporatecred.com

- Intellicred.org

- Jupiter Bay Holdings

- KR Capital Management

- Kravetz Realty, Inc

- Kuskin Properties, LLC

- National Property Trust

- Noble Business Funding

Also, check LinkedIn for his companies and/or his name.  You will find that the National Property Trust was active in March, April and dies off quickly in May as more and more individuals became aware of his scam.  The Go BIG Network and other similar companies started making formal inquiries into Brad's business dealings because of individual allegations of fraud.  Brad scrambled and attempted to "re-fund" some of the transactions.  He retreated to secretive behavior directing people to his attorneys.  No answers will be provided.  In fact, I encourage anyone to start searching Brad Scott, Brad Kuskin or any of the above listed companies and you will now find all the warnings necessary to stay clear of his fraudulent activity.  As for the above companies listed; you will be lucky to find a website and if you do, more often than not it will be nothing more than a cache page.  For the www.nptrust.com site he used fraudulent information to build the company around.  If you check that specific website now its practically inoperable and listed as under construction.  Its been that way for a couple of months now. But, search the Internet and you will find several of their original cache pages which they previously had on their website showing the depth of the fraud, falsely using others information for legitimacy.

Most of the above listed companies primarily deal with transactions around real estate.   That way, money wired to the escrow can be hid or masked to cover "expenditures" in the form of surveys, title searches, inspections, etc and the unsuspected pay into this escrow account believing they are doing so in good faith.  Brad has since tried to expand his scheme to other areas such as manufacturing, retail and Green Technologies.  I have attempted to contact several of the companies either in their process or to warn others of this scam; do not to enter into any contracts or wire money.   I would encourage everyone who has dealt with Brad or any of the suspected companies he is associated with, to make a report with your local law enforcement agency and at the very least make a formal complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov) to make the Federal agencies aware.  Please feel free to pass this on to everyone.   AKA - vstrasdas

To the gentleman who originally reported on NP Trust. Did you ever get any help from the owner of the company after he responded to your claim. I have been dealing with them for several months and been getting the same run around as you have. If anyone can verify that they are a legal company and have funded your projects please respond back with verification. Thanks

#3 General Comment

Our experience with NPT has been positive

AUTHOR: Iconic - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, May 06, 2011

Our company is currently involved with NPT in a joint venture partnership and we have not experienced any of the previous fraudulent claims as posted by the anonyms.  NPT, specifically Brad Scott and his partners, have been forthright, open and professional throughout our dealings as our project moves to finalization.  True, they may be slow at times with responses; however, we realize that they are busy with other projects outside of our own. Communication is crucial to any successful relationship (be it personal or business) and at times we believe that we (entrepreneurs in general) tend to be impatient at times.

Nevertheless, as a point of reference for everyone, we submitted to NPT an escrow to be held for our deal (contractually refundable upon final closing).  We requested a slight change be made to our agreement and Brad immediately accommodated us, had the funds sent back to our account and even offered to pick out any banking fees associated with same.  All done so without compromising our deal or without any additional strings attached.   NPT does its due diligence when considering projects because there infinite scams out there.  A legitimate deal stands on its own merit and they know that.

There  are plenty of pay-for-play scams are out there, which are similar to those modeling agencies that charge people for representation, acting lessons and to have their headshots taken.  Trust usTom Cruse and Jessica Alba did not pay to get representationthey didnt have to.  If you have pay for an agent, its because youre being scammed.  Its no
different here in the business world and such practices are offensive.

Anyway, we havent found that NPT operates with a hidden agenda or in a smarmy fashion; to the contrary theyve been very helpful and enthusiastic with our project.  The slanderous and derogatory posting against NPT have been unwarranted and discreditable, in our assessment.   As always, it would be our recommendation to any potential entrepreneur and/or start-up is to do your own due diligence when considering any investor.   NPT is worthy of consideration.

Best Regards,

- JW

No Escrow Needed

AUTHOR: Mike - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, May 05, 2011

Hello,

My name is Mike out of Atlanta. We're working with a deal with Brad Scott with NPT. We have signed an LOI as well with them. At first on the LOI, there was a part about an escrow account. I called Brad about it and said it was unusual for these kind of investment deals. However, it did not surprise me as a lot of NPT's background was real estate and escrows are very common there. Still, when asked about the escrow, Brad immediately said he did care about it since our particular business held no patents that would require additional investigations. The main thing he wanted to make sure was we were serious about the business and simply not just trying to get money.

With the types of documents we send him (executive summary, financial projections, etc.), he said he believed we were serious and in our particular deal, no escrow was needed. Thus, we moved forward with the deal.

Since then, I've had quite a few conversations with Brad, and the simple fact that he has not disappeared after he received no money from us has speaks a lot.

In your defense, Brad does seem very busy at times and sometimes hard to reach. However, every time I've left him a message or an email, he does return a call to me, many times 2-3 days later. Kind of slow, to be honest, but he does get back to me eventually. Also, giving Brad the benefit of the doubt, his father has been in and out of the hospital for a serious condition which I will not elaborate out of respect.

Now, sometimes it does get frustrating waiting for their response due to how busy they are and some things does seem odd at times, however, he has not demanded money from us to move forward with the deal, and again, that speaks volumes.

Now if you want to contact me directly, you can email me at my personal email at (((ROR REDACTED)))

Please contact me if you have a problem......

AUTHOR: The National Property Trust - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, May 05, 2011

To whom it may concern:

Please be advised that I am a  partner with Brad in this firm.  I am not sure what deal you are referring to due to the fact that you posted anonymously, but Brad has not been in the office for a few weeks as he has been dealing with other matters.  I am not sure what timeline he had provided to you regarding closing, but it should have been outlined in the provided LOI that you refer to in your posting.  Most of the likely, the timeline was around 60 days to closing, and during that period, I am sure that people on our side have been working on your deal.  Admittedly, we have been quite busy lately and are running a bit behind, but I have not been made aware of any deals that are not moving forward or any client attempting to get in touch with us at all.  If your money was deposited into an escrow account and you no longer wish to proceed with the deal or proposed terms, please send and e-mail to me directly at allen@nptrust.com, officially requesting the termination of all executed documents and the return of whatever monies you deposited into escrow.   Please understand that we do not see any money in the escrow account, so we would have no incentive not to close a deal unless additional investigation revealed that your project did not represent a solid investment for us - but in that case your escrow deposit would be returned to you.  Unless you completely misled us or misrepresented the deal, you will always get your escrow funds returned.   Either way, I agree that someone should have been in touch with you, and I'm not sure if that is the case as you only reference that you were not able to get in touch with Brad.   I would prefer not to post my direct contact phone number online, but please send me an e-mail and I will pick up the deal and make sure that it either moves towards closing or that your escrow is refunded to you.  Again, you can contact me directly at allen@nptrust.com.   I look forward to hearing from you and to a prompt resolution of this matter one way or another.   Thank you.
