I regret working for National Protection Service also known as NPS, Warranty Services & Motor Vehicle Services as a Telephone Sales Representative. This company sells Extended Auto Warranties. I was warned not to work for this company but at the time I needed a job with the hrs they offered. In the begining the Manager Carla Maxwell comes across nice but she is RUDE & DISRESPECTFULL. She walks around yelling all day long being rude & disrespectufull to people. I was taught to respect my elders so I never said anything to this woman to be rude or disrespectfull to her. This woman would send ppl home early if the sales wasnt where she would want them to be.(it's not right to cut ppl's hrs when u should let them work their hrs to make the sales that's needed) It always felt like she was threating you and had you on eggs shells about possibly losing your job. I been in a sales a few yrs and as she should know there are good days/bad days/good weeks/bad weeks. She acted if her employees wasnt trying to do their job and we all where. It's hard to sell something when you don't have accurate information. Nine out of ten times the information on the screen(name, address & car) was incorrect. We didnt know if these people had a warranty or not! It is tough to get a person interested in a product they never inquired about and gather all their information from them, since it not provided to us the employee.
Also, she is selling a product that DOES NOT WORK! There alot of complaints about her product through Better Buisness Bureau, on here Rip Off Report, Online in general and through customer service. Then these people don't want to give people their refund when they try to cancel. This is a BAD company and I am ashamed I worked for them!
