Eva c/o National Sales Group,

On January 16, 2008 I came across a job listing under National Sales Group. I called to inquire about the "entry level sales positions" that did not require a college degree. I spoke to a gentleman named Robert at extension 112 (866-291-4406). Robert informed me that they had several listings for jobs and that if I paid a fee of $29.00 that he would get my package in the mail and I would start to receive emails with job listings within 2-4 weeks.

I received the package, filled out the paperwork and sent it back. From that point on, I had no correspondence from NSG. I called on February 26, 2008 to inquire about why I was not receiving any opportunities and I was told by John that he was sorry and that he would activate my account for another 3 months at no extra charge. Since then I have received less than 10 emails for potential jobs. I noticed that every single one of these jobs that were sent to me were requiring a 4 year college degree and 1 + years experience in sales, which I do not have. I made that very clear when I signed up originally with Robert. He assured me that they had a list of companies that did not require college degrees or experience.

I called today April 10, 2008 to cancel my account and request a refund for the orignal fee that I paid and I was told that my money is not refundable. I was transferred to Eva who REFUSED to give me a refund after I told her that I would dispute any and all charges with American Express. She showed no signs of concern. Once we hung up, I did some research. I went on the Bad Business Bureau website where I was connected to the "Ripoff Report" http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/280/RipOff0280707.htm On this website there are several stories from people all over the United States that basically have the same story as I do. They claim to have been Ripped Off!!!!

I called Eva one more time to give her a last chance to refund me and I told her that I was looking at this website that clearly states they are a scam and she claims the website does not exist. I said I would email it to her, I was calling American Express and that I will get my money back one way or another. I stated that this was her last chance to refund me before I posted my story on this website and filed my dispute with American Express and she stands by National Sales Group, stating that they do not honor refunds.

Thank you,
Kristi
