In reviewing my submission, I made an error in the amount, it is $359.40 that was debited from my account. I have called the customer service supervisor every day twice a day and left my name, customer number that they gave me, my phone number and told her that I mailed the packet back as requested. I am now leaving a message with the latest agency that I have contacted to let people know that this company does not fulfill its obligations. I have contacted my local Chamber of Commerce, my County Visitors Bureau, the Small Business Development Center for our County, and today I wrote to Bill Sullivan on MSNBC. Tomorrow I will contact the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, the Women's Chamber of Commerce and the Colorado Tourism Office to alert their members to this scam. If I still do not receive a phone call back I will start getting in touch with members of government. I have a meeting with my County Commissioners next week where I will mention this company, then I will get in touch with my Congressman and then my State Senator. I will not let this go. I want my money back as promised.
