National Small Business Alliance I consider this company to have falsely advertised themselves and the products that they sell, conning small business owners out of money for services that they can not provide, breaching their own contract. Cathedral City California

In September of 2007, I cancelled my membership with NSBA within a week of purchasing it. I was told it would take 30 days for the full refund. I called customer service at the end of October to check on the refund, I was told they are processing the refund.

I call again in November, I was told to contact Diane D'Orlando in the main office with any questions. I contacted her and she told me that the company was a little behind on the refunds due to the fact that they had a large fraud issue, so it would take them probably till December.

I contacted Mr. Mario by e-mail and by phone, I did not receive neither an e-mail or a phone contact. I then, re-contacted Ms. D'Orlando and she told me that I have been very patient and she really appreciates it and that it would take another month. This time frame puts us now in February.

Since that time, I have tried to re-contact Ms. D'Orlando and Mr. Mario and I have not received an answer from neither and now the direct phone line to Ms. D'Orlando goes right to the mailbox. It is now May 1, 2008 and a lawsuit is in the making. I think it would be more costly than to return the activation fees and interest occured during this period of time.
