National University Failure to disclose extremely important educational and financial information! Illegal business practices! Ripoff La Jolla California

When transferring coursework from any university to National University, only the content of the courses are waived and not the actual units. This means that regardless of the fact that I have already completed all requirements for my Master's degree, I still need 9 more units of classes. This of course equals $2600 more dollars for this poor excuse for a university.

This information was never offered by any of the three people I had communications with, nor is it explicitly written anywhere. As an online student, I call my advisor to add, drop or transfer courses. I never sign anything or receive much in writing other than confirmation emails.

Specifically, while attempting to have 2 courses transferred for the second time for my Master of Science Degree in Educational Technology, I was never told of this minor, insignificant detail.

Furthermore, as a working student I received a student loan which, of course, was not funded for the 9 extra units that these two courses were supposed to cover.

I fear this is done intentionally and I wonder how many other students have been a victim of these same shameless business practices. This could be quite a lucrative class-action lawsuit.
