Nations Home Remodelers, Inc. Nations Home Remodelers Charging the customers more than the competiters in the market and then threthning me to be sued if I break their contract Beltsville Maryland

 I entered into a contract with the company in early February of 2014 via an agent Mike Walter, representative of Nations Home Remodelers, Inc. (Nations Home Remodelers). They promised me that they would processe an insurance claim for the cartographic event that happend in 2012. I spent hundereds of hours by calling Nations Home Remodelers, Inc. and left so many messages for Mike Walters and got no reply. I filed a claim with my insurance company and finally I was lucky that I talked to one person in their Beltsville office and gave them the claim number and the claim adjuster by the name of Benjamin Leroy, which they new before I told them. I waited for long time to get a call that my property needs to be inspected for the damages if any.

I received a call from Mike walter that I didn't have the Insurance with travelers at the time of the cartographic event and I said that I have proof of Insurance. I received no further communication from Nations Home Remodelers for months. I called the Insurance company and discussed the situation and finally got everything in line. I was asked by the Nations Home Remodelers and I have that in writing that not to schedule any appointment with the adjuster without their representative being present at the spot. In the meanwhile I called Mike Walters many time and received no reply and left many messages. Finally I scheduled the inspection of my property after so many attemps.

Finally my claim was approved and Insurance send me a check in the beginning of month of July, 2014. Now suddenly everthing changed and people from their company calling like crazy as I have to repay a loan to the company. Unfortunately me and family were not home as we were on vacation. Everytime we call the company it goes into their customers services center and you can't leave a message over their. On July the 8th, 2014 eived a call on my cell phone and which I attended and a women started we have made several attemps and you are avoiding us and you are breaching the contract. I replied that I am in the meeting and call me later and she hund up the phone by saying that we would send you the collection and you would hear from our attorneys.

Now I received a written notice dated 07/08/2014 as to pay them 25% of the contract amount i.e. $7,093.23. If you don't pay then we would take you to the court. I have looked at their recent quality of work in the neighbour hood and have heard the compaints from few of my friends. Basically we have town home and the roofs are shared and they have done a patch work between the two roofs and which would be definitely be leaking once the snow starts. They would again change their address from Beltsville to some where else like Baltimore and then in Ellicity etc.

Their work is substandard and very skepitcal and don't be fooled by these scammers. I have seen the complaints on the internet (Ripoff report) and I have decided not to do my work done through them regardless if they go throug the court process. I don't want to destroy my property. Other contractors are doing the same work with quality in half the price and they want all the money which insurance has authorized. They are only after the money but nohing else. When you pay them then they have to complete the work in 120 days but in fine prints it says it can change, so they have kept everything in heir hand. You might not even see them again.
